Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated Shipping Time: 1 to 3 Business days
This is the estimated times it take for an order to ship from our warehouse. This also could include the estimated shipping time from the manufacturer's warehouse. This time will vary depending on product type or manufacturer. Please Note: weekends and holiday are not considered business days.

Delivery Time
Once the item ships, please allow an additional 1-7 business days for delivery to your door. Because our products ship from warehouses and manufacturers across the US, exact shipping methods and times will vary by item. Also, orders with multiple items may not ship together or arrive at the same time.

Expedited Shipping
Express shipping is an option available for most items. Express shipping is available up tell the time you item is ready to leave. Please Note: Orders shipped with expedited delivery/shipping are not eligible for Alpha1autosports Free Shipping.

Back Orders
In some cases, we may not have a specific item in stock. If we can not ship you product from our warehouse or manufacturer, we will contact you within 72 hours to notify of the back order.

Special / Custom orders
In most cases special/custom orders are ship at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you would like to receive a time estimate on special/custom orders please contact us at sales@alpha1autosports.com.
Please Note: All special / custom orders are non returnable.


Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Alpha1autosports welcomes orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories. For these orders, simply proceed through checkout as usual. Most orders will receive a shipping cost at checkout.

Please Note: Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories require extra time for delivery and will be charged additional shipping fees. These orders are not eligible for Free Shipping offers.

If you're ordering from any of these areas and do not see a shipping rate at checkout, Alpha1autosports will contact you within 1-2 business days to inform you of the shipping cost. Your order will not be processed until we have received your email approval of the shipping cost.

International Orders

Alpha1autosports uses DHL for nearly all international shipping. There are a limited number of cases when we will use UPS instead.

If you would like to determine the shipping cost before placing your order, please email us at sales@alpha1autosports.com. Please include the item you want to order and the exact address to witch they will be shipped.


Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to tariffs, custom duties and associated assessment. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Custom Clearances Fees. These cost are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charges by Alpha1autosports do not include any of these fees. Customs fees are normally charged by the company delivering the packages.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for returns shipping cost on packages that are refused or sent back to Alpha1autosports due to unexpected tariffs and custom fees.


APO / FPO Shipping

We're proud to offer APO/FPO shipping on select items to our US military personnel and their families stationed overseas. Currently, this only includes items from our direct-ship vendors who participate in shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We are working daily to expand this list. Our goal is to get you more of the products you want with the lowest possible shipping charges.

To place an APO/FPO order, add items to the online shopping cart as normal and enter your address at checkout. An Alpha1autosports representative will contact you in 1-2 business days by phone or email if by chance the products you ordered cannot be shipped to your address. We will also seek your approval for the shipping costs on your order.
Please Note: Your order will not be processed until we have received your approval of the shipping costs by email @ sales@alpha1autosports.com.

If you would like to determine the shipping costs before ordering, please email sales@alpha1autosports.com and include the items you'd like to order. We'll send you a shipping quote in 1-2 business days.

Please Note: APO/FPO addresses have size restrictions for inbound packages. Please be sure to check with the appropriate APO/FPO personnel for restrictions before ordering large items. Keep in mind that some of our oversized items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses because of these restrictions.


Freight / Oversized Shipments

Free Freight does not apply to truck or freight shipments typical of oversized items. Some of the items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by truck or freight delivery. These items are labeled as oversized on the associated product information page, and will not feature the Free Shipping icon. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery once the item has been shipped. A carrier representative will call you to schedule a convenient time to deliver your item. Someone over the age of 18 may be required to be present to sign for the delivery and ID will be required for verification purposes.

How Long will Delivery Take?
Because our products ship from different warehouses in different states, shipping times to your address will vary. Please allow an additional 1 to 7 business days after the shipment date for delivery

Can I get my order faster?
For expedited shipping options, please email us at sales@alpha1autosports.com. We'll contact you with the express delivery options for your items. Please note: orders shipped with expedited delivery options are not eligible for Alpha1autosports Free Shipping.

Can I select the shipping company for my order?
Alpha1autosports uses the best possible shipping method for your order's delivery. The shipping company used to handle your order will vary by item, manufacturer or fulfillment center. At this time, we cannot change the shipping method used for your item(s) on request.

Can I ship to a different address?
Absolutely! After you proceed to checkout, enter the address where you'd like your order delivered.

Will all of my items arrive at the same time?
Because we work directly with the manufacturers, items may ship at different times from various locations in separate boxes. Therefore, on multiple item orders we cannot assure you that items will ship together or arrive at the same time.

Can I give the delivery driver special instructions?
At this time, we are unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers (i.e. leave package with neighbor, leave package on porch, etc.). You may leave a note on for the driver on your door with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the delivery company and/or delivery driver.

Will I have to sign for my package?
For your security, our manufacturers may require a signature for delivery. You may leave a note for the driver with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the delivery company and/or delivery driver.


Refused Shipments

A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Alpha1autosports to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping and handling charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.


Damaged Shipments

Packaging Damage
Prior to signing for your order please make sure to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If any substantial damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at sale@alpha1autosports.com so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.

If the damage to the package is minor and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but make sure to note the delivery receipt with the exact nature of the damage and write on the delivery receipt "Subject to Concealed Damage".

Concealed Damage
Immediately after receiving you order open and inspect your item for any signs of "Concealed Damage". In the event that you encounter any damage contact the carrier immediately to report the damage. The shipping company should be contacted no later than 48 hrs after receipt of the shipment. You will need to retain your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. If possible digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. Once you have contacted the shipping company, please contact us promptly at sales@alpha1autosports.com. and one of our Customer Service Specialists so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.


Order Cancellations

If for any reason you decide to cancel an order please contact us immediately at sales@alpha1autosports.com If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually cancel the order upon notification, with the exception of special order items.

If your order has already been shipped it may not be eligible for cancellation. If the cancellation request is received after an item has shipped Alpha1autosports will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy. However, no refunds are available for shipping and handling fees and customer bears sole responsibility for all return shipping costs. Please note that Alpha1autosports reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for all order cancellations received after an item has shipped.


Return Policy

All Sales are considered final upon shipment from either supplier or Alpha1autosports.


Exchange Policy - You must have RMA # for all Exchanges!

All sales are considered final upon shipment from either the supplier or Alpha1autosports.

In the case of our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for exchange. Upon inspection, items found to be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in original undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking or reboxing fee. Items found to be correct per the application, used, installed, not resalable, or with missing or damaged original product packaging will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer, if requested, at the customer's expense.

Some specialty items (such as Superchargers) are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances (see product pages for details). These items are only eligible for exchange in the event you are sent a damaged or incorrect part due to our error.

Items that fail or are damaged due to customer abuse, negligence, or improper installation techniques are not returnable under any circumstances, so please take care of the parts while they are in your possession.

Except in the case of our error, the customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with the return or exchange. This includes the original shipping cost to the customer.
Please Note: Item with original free shipping our still responsible for original shipping cost when exchanging an item.

RMA numbers expire 14 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused. See Return Procedure section for information on obtaining a RMA number.

All Returns must have the RMA number issued clearly displayed on the return shipping label. Do not write the RMA number on the original product package and take care to properly prepare package for shipping. Failure to do so may result in assessing the customer an additional 20% rebox fee for original product package damage.

It is the customer's responsibility to insure the package and retrieve a tracking number with signature requirement from the carrier to protect from loss. Damaged, lost, or missing claims must be made with the carrier.


Warranty Policy - All warranty returns must have a W-RMA#

All merchandise sold by Alpha1autosports is only subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise.

Customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to Alpha1autosports, the shipping to the manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer.

No warranty on light bulbs and electrical components and are sold AS IS and may not be returned.

No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling.

No labor or inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims.

Alpha1autosports highly recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle. Therefore, Alpha1autosports is not responsible if your car is inoperable due to sending us the part for warranty claim.

All return products must have a Alpha1autosports Warranty Return Material Authorization # (W-RMA#) issued by Alpha1autosports. Returns will be refused without an RMA number. See Alpha1autosports returns procedure below.


Return Procedure

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting Alpha1autosports customer service at sales@alpha1autosports.com. Please include all contact information
  2. We'll email you within 1-2 business days with a RMA#, a RMA form and a RMA shipping label.
  3. RMA form: Fill out RMA form completely and include a copy with your return.
  4. RMA Label: Please attach RMA label to the out side of the return package.
  5. Follow all return policies stated above for packaging and shipping your return item.
  6. Ship return prepaid. Alpha1autosports recommends UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS
  7. All returns are processed with 1-2 business day of receipt. If you have requested an exchange your item will be shipped out the same day your return is processed. If you have requested a refund, you will be refunded by the same method you used to pay for your order. Going through the normal banking process you will typically see a refund posted to a credit card within 3-5 business days.


Sales Tax

We collect 7.75% sales tax for all orders shipping to California.


Typographical Errors

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will notify you of a price change before shipping. Please note that Alpha1autosports cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.


New Vehicle Warranties And Your Rights

Most properly installed products will not void your original vehicle manufacturer's warranty. However, if you experience a problem with an uncooperative dealership point out the provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty - Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act. For more information call your vehicle manufacturer or click on the link above.

It has been established that a dealer may not deny warranties for new vehicles, unless the warranty claim results from the installation of specialty equipment. In fact, warranty-related materials published by the new vehicle manufacturers state that the installation of aftermarket parts have no effect on the warranty unless such equipment causes the warranty claim. Nonetheless, some dealers have improperly denied warranty claims even though the claim had nothing to do with aftermarket parts.

SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) is very interested in hearing about any cases that have gone to court and any opinions that have been issued from courts on this issue. It is their hope that they will be able to use these court opinions to encourage the vehicle manufacturers to properly instruct dealers on the appropriate circumstances for denial of warranty claims.
